Windows Can't Detect Controllers

I called technical support but thought I would post here as well for visibility.

I have two MCTL-660’s cascaded together. When they were first installed I was able to successfully connect to them via their USB-B and configure them correctly using the most recent version of SmartLCT. We had the entire LED wall working as it should. A few days later the data lines for the controller ports were disconnected by a tech group so they could adjust the units in the rack system. When plugged back in, the ports controlled by the second controller no longer send visual data. All ports on the main controller display normally then we have a dark section of the display that is controlled by the second controller.

I’m also no longer able connect to either controller via USB-B. I’ve tried three different laptop computers (All using Windows 10) and none of them recognize the devices anymore. I’ve tried reinstalling SmartLCT and tried factory resetting the controllers but nothing has solved the issue yet. SmartLCT and NovaLCT does not detect the controllers and one of them is no longer sending visual data.
