We have several vx4s boxes that we use, and have recently purchased a couple vx6s units.
On a job I was trying to set up two main data runs with two backup runs in port 1-4. However, in novaLCT when I was configuring the screen, it only gave me the option of using ports 1-2 in the configuration, which was fine for this screen, but then it also wouldn’t let me go any higher than ports 1&2 when I tried adding my backup runs.
I tried hitting the arrow to go past two but nothing would happen. If I tried typing in port 3 or 4 it would go back to two and I would get an error message that said “the device in screen can not be used as backup information.”
I also tried it again in our shop with a smaller screen with two main runs and two backups with the same issue.
Is there something I might be missing? Can you help me figure this out?
