Network connection

Hello!

I’m currently working with 4 celion ctrl-4ke processors. 2 are for main and 2 are for back-up. They are all configured and set but we stumbled about a minor issue. We connected the 2 main processors on a netwerk swith and put the USB cable between the main and back up.

The problem now is that for some reason if we try to find the processors, we only find the mains. If we would put the back ups in the switch as well we can’t configure them as a back up anymore. Is there anything we can do to make sure they are all approachable in the same network?

Hi, please check if all 4K program versions are consistent?

If the program version is consistent, please do the following operations:

1. Check the USB cable between the second and third controllers, replug the USB cable or change a new one;

2.Restart the second and the third equipment.

I hope it can help you.

Are all controllers having a unique IP adresse and are in the same subnet?

Also when you have the Mains found in the network and the slaves are connected over USB, you should be able to set the slaves from the software without having to login in to them.
