Hello, we have an 84 tile screen at an event, with the top four rows on port 1, and the bottom three rows on port 3. The two halves from each port has a different color/brightness. I am ten hours away and trying to help the on-site tech figure this out. He will be testing and attempting to solve this in the morning, so I am hoping to have some suggestions for him to try. Any thoughts why this would happen?
Thanks!
Hello there is two options : move the button of brightness on your video processor because sometimes it’s a bug or second solution you have to send the program RCFGX on all the receiving cards. Try it and tell me 😊
