Cascading MCTRL700

Hello!

I have six Novastar SD700e (MCTRL700) that I have connected to an wall of 12×10 cabinets in a configuration of 5×5 + 5×5 + 2×5 x2 rows.

I need to have a smarter way to control and config the units than moving an usb-cable between the units (the rack is too far away to see the screen I’m trying to configure).

I’ve seen that the MCTRL700 has Cascading possibilities with the UART-ports in the backside, but how do I know they connect to eachother.
Can’t find anything in UniLCT 5.3 about cascading?

With regards
Patric

(Sweden, and I really don’t want to put my email here since it’s too easy to scrape this forum from mailaddresses)

You just need to use the normal ethernet cable to cascade the 700 is ok, and after cascading, you will find all deveces on LCT-view details of device.
