I’m unable to register NovaLCT v 5.2.0 for Cloud Monitoring. At the Screen Registration screen, the field for server has a pull-down menu. Nothing is available in the pull-down menu and I have tried to type in the Server but I get an error message when doing this. I had no issues previously with cloud registration. I have updated the firmware, reinstalled NovaLCT, used a different computer, and even tried earlier versions of NovaLCT to no avail. Is there a fix for this?

It seems to have been a corrupt configuration file. NovaMonitorManager.exe.config

I have this same issue.
I can’t register the screen because there are no servers in the drop down list. I have tried reinstalling but it still doesn’t work.
Can I get the new file?
