Is there a way to verify the data cable path from the sender to the receiver – is there a hardware unit that will confirm that the cable path is not contributing to image dropouts?
If there is no hardware suitable, can we count errors received at the LED panel with the software?
Can we get a readback from panels that shows data problems?
Thank you,
As you can see, you will get this answer from support like you never used LED under novastar before.
Situation from experience is next:
You can test it over monitoring, Yes if you would like to test if there is somewhere broken cable between panels.
If you would like to test bit drop, I think their tool inside of tools-more-bit error detection and than you can do scanning. Still not even one Novastar expert gave good tutorial, discussion about this tool.
Even when screens are working ok, what happens in this transmission of signal and where drops are possible it is just in their heads.
You could take good tester(fluke) or similar and to test each cable. Still on ammount of panels(receving cards) it is question how distribution goes with signal.
Having same issues in our company with testing of signal, isolation, disturbing from radio frequencies
Hi:
Attached is the interface of communication detection on the software ,please check it .
